THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS a Pictorial History; by Pat Livingston
THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS - a Pictorial History: As author of the book, Pat Livingston is best suited to tell the story of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pat left the Steeler organization to enter law school, where he eventually became a football writer for the Pittsburgh Press. The story begins from their inception into the National Football League in 1933, to their subsequent 4 Superbowl titles. The pictorial history tells it all. The book beautifully illustrates their championship(s) run and their many successes of the 1970's. This book is a classic for any Steeler fan or anyone that truly appreciates the history behind the great organization known as the Pittsburgh Steelers. The book was written in 1980 and the story ends with the Steelers 4th Superbowl win on 1/20/80.
